SUNDAY SERMON

And He said, "You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth'.

But I say to you, do not resist an evil person; but whoever slaps you on your right cheek, turn the other to him also."

Matthew 5: 38-39

This is a reminder from the Lord that pacifism is the correct response a Christian takes when faced with evil-doers. It's especially important to remember it as most of the time, when passively protesting some evil act of an evil government, it is agent provocateurs from the forces of evil who are inciting violence.

So it is wise to keep the Lord's instructions in the back of our minds as we go about our daily business. We should never let the dark side lure us away from the path of righteousness. And the Father of all is more than capable of striking down the evil-doers.

THEY SHOULD FLY THE JOLLY ROGER AT THE TOP OF 200 GRANVILLE!

What a disgrace! What a colossal failure on the part of the mainstream newsmedia. The reports coming from BC's Comptroller General make it clear that Translink and its management have performed at a level that makes subpar look good. They've been thieving the public purse in various criminal ways. The CEO of Translink has fled the country to avoid prosecution.

Why is this a failure as much on the part of the newsmedia as it is for the politicians and bureaucrats of BC? Because everyone has been told about this. The Bus Riders Union and other activist groups have been putting up red flags on the subject of Translink and their secretive method of governance for years now.

But instead of listening to We The People and standing on guard for this province like we expect our watchdogs to do, they were too busy bad-mouthing the very groups that were warning us of what was going on. They were too busy being absolutely silent and refusing to report what We The People knew and understood, that this 'behind closed doors' board of directors at Translink was a recipe for disaster. This desire to get at the public purse was why they went behind closed doors in the first place.

We consider this betrayal of the public trust on the part of the mainstream newsmedia to be nothing less than treason. This province is being raped by pirates and privateers and even when the Jolly Roger flies and the chests of our gold are being hauled off by these thieving scum the mainstream newsmedia look the other way, despite the cost not just to us in the here and now, but to our children and our children's children in the future.

We feel it's way past time We The People stopped listening to the enemies of the people and started listening to those that are shouting on the street corners. Mark W. asks, "Dear Citizen Oliver, a question for you regarding Canwest Global and its imminent break-up. Does this break-up mean we'll get better journalism here in the Lower Mainland, especially from the affected publications?"

Sadly Mark, no it does not. A 20+ year disease has affected these publications, the disease of amoral and sociopathic chief editors and editorialists. They've infested the industry, as we've explained on this blog before, and come hell or high vodka, they're going to cling to their positions within the industry. They have nowhere to go, they can't go back home to Britain as they're hopelessly discredited, and in any event here is where they've invested so much time and energy into creating a nirvana of evil.

The only way there can be change is if the new controlling ownership of these publications is able and willing to clear the vermin out, to fire the chief editors and editorial boards. As an aside on this issue, one of our staff contributors and office media guru, is going to apply soon to Canwest Global to take over as Editor-in-Chief one or both of their leading publications in Vancouver. This will undoubtedly be rejected but it's always worth checking into as those who are now making the decisions for this defunct corporation may want to make radical changes.

In any event, without sweeping changes, the wrong people for the job that hold key positions today, will continue to hold those positions tomorrow and so you'll see no change except in one vital area....no more central Canada control of OUR newsmedia. THE LAMENTATIONS OF UR (PART HOW MANY IS IT NOW?)

Why is Canada still in Afghanistan? What is the point for anything other than the Canadian coffin industry?

Just in case anyone missed the story, 5 British soldiers were killed by 1 Afghan policeman this week. The British military, like the Canadian military, work alongside Afghani police recruits in the mistaken notion that teaching them to use modern, sophisticated weaponry will make them amenable to our cause. (whatever in the world that cause is; we've sure as heck learned it's not democracy!)

What it does is give them a better opportunity to kill our soldiers and be heroes amongst their own people. The Afghan police recruit in question fled the scene and joined the Taliban after killing the Brit soldiers, where no doubt he's basking in the glory of his deed and enjoying his 100 virgins.

In the entire history of humanity, from the first city states of Ur, Sippar, etc. in Mesopotamia to this day, whether it's Vietnam or the Russians in Afghanistan, the city people on the plains have never been able to defeat for any length of time the hill people that surround them. And if the hill people are truly determined to defeat the plains people, they will succeed. This mission is pointless. oliver30011649@gmail.com

FEAST TIME LITTLE SWINE FLU VIRUSES!

Today we want to discuss the ancient world, the dark ages, medieval times and our own enlightened oh so intelligent society.

Sounds pretty boring, huh? The olden days, the days when people struggled to live past forty, when plague and epidemic were in the air. But humanity became longer-lived as humanity learned to adapt to the enemies around them, especially those of microbe size.

Plague attacks once had the ability to wipe out millions, as they still do, but humans, at least those with the good fortune to move around, learned to get the heck out of the cities when plague attacked and so these pandemics had less and less impact on the overall survival of humanity.

Our ancestors, even though they didn't understand the cause of the killing viruses that infested their cities, grasped the fact that lots of people in one area at one time when an epidemic broke out was a bad idea. The last thing that people of these far less technologically advanced times would consider doing would be throwing a big party in the middle of a city, inviting everyone in the world to it, while a deadly epidemic was raging.

SET WE THE PEOPLE FREE!

It's really amazing how the Lord is with us in our struggles against evil. Yet another BC Liberal minister has been struck down in not so mysterious ways, this time Margaret MacDiarmid, education minister for the reprehensibly evil government. It was only modern medicine that saved her.

Ted Nebbeling was sent to hell last month. So was Jack Poole. There have been an amazing number of these death or near-death incidents, far more than would be considered normal. The only reason the death toll isn't higher is because of our advances in modern medicine or this would be an incredible rate of death amongst BC Liberal ministers and their supporters.

LILY-LIVERED YELLOW-BELLIES IS WHAT WE USED TO SAY IN SCHOOL

And in other e-mail, we've found an intriguing question from 'Donna' who writes, "This is the first time I've seen this site, a friend told me about it and it's awesome! And funny! And the sermons left me crying for how badly off the path we've gotten.

But one thing puzzles me. Your blog seems to get away with something no one else can. I mean your reference to being officially affiliated with the 2010 Games. It's awesome and your point is right on but how do you get away with that?"

Donna, first off welcome to the show! Secondly you make us all blush with your comments, we thank you sincerely for your kind words, and thirdly the only way we can explain it is by remembering the schoolyard of our youth.

VANOC is a bully. It picks on the weakest and most vulnerable to make itself feel important. But we're not weak. We have the strength of the Lord behind us. We have the strength of all the Lord's brothers and sisters, namely You The People, who assert yourselves more and more with every passing day and the bullies have to look over their shoulder and wonder if they're going to get it. Get it?

If VANOC ever dared attack us we would call all Christians to the defense of our Lord, we would call all those of other faiths to the defense of our Lord, we would make it clear that they will not be allowed to hinder the rights and freedoms of We The People in any way, shape or form and they know it.

So, Donna, even though we let VANOC know our position last month when we first posted it, even though we taunted them openly and without concern for retaliation, they did nothing.

THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO

We took a little break for a day to discuss our upcoming plans for Olympic coverage at this newsblog and came back to find a few e-mails politely, and not so politely, asking us where we get this idea that the mainstream newsmedia doesn't cover the news. So lets have a look at one example, shall we?

The evil BC Liberals have cut funding for special needs kids all across the board, whether the kids are autistic, mentally ill, physically handicapped, etc. So a movement has formed with the very unrevolutionary name 'Moms on the Move' to try to get attention for, not just children, but sick and needy children who, like all children in a civilized society, need our protection.

This group of hockey moms have held protests in communities all across BC to raise support and awareness for these suffering and abused little souls. We're all God's children, no matter what we profess to believe, and these are sick kids. That must resonate in your soul as a reader of this blog. So does this group sound like a criminal organization? Sound like a band of anarchists? Sound like a crazy bunch of hippy leftists? (whatever the heck thats supposed to be)

Despite their attempts to get coverage, not one mainstream Canwest Global dominated news outlet has covered this story or the plight of these unfortunate kids. Why? Because we believe their attitude towards free speech and speaking out against the government of the day is now so entrenched within this monolithic, sick, hopelessly indoctrinated dinosaur that even the tears of little children no longer impact their cold dark dead souls.

What do you do with monsters in your midst? What can we as an independent voice in the wilderness do except to point out the problems and hope to God that enough people out there care enough to push this monster out of BC. WADDYA MEAN HAVE IT YOUR WAY?

Marty B, one of our readers, writes and makes a very important comment about how We The People allow ourselves to be cheated in one circumstance where we would never allow it in another.

"You know, Citizen Oliver, I read what you write about various topics and it never ceases to fascinate me about just how easily people are suckered by the establishment. I like the occasional cheeseburger and if I ever went into Wendy's or Burger King and ordered a cheeseburger and got back a burger without cheese on it, I'd be pxxx'd off.

And if it was corporate policy to never include the cheese in the cheeseburger, even though they still charged me and everybody else full price for the cheeseburger, because for some reason or other, they didn't feel none of us needed to receive the cheese part of the cheeseburger, I'd be even more unhappy.

I say this because, thanks to what you've been writing lately, our family has stopped our subscription of the daily newspaper that we've had for many years, primarily because you've shown us on this blog just how cheated we are when it comes to receiving all the news, just like the cheese in our cheeseburger. As a family we argue and debate and sometimes get angry at what your group have written on your blogsite but it's always honest and it always exposes the lies that surround us.

I'm sick of being denied all the news in my newspaper Citizen O and good on ya for raising the issue."

Thank you Marty and your point is absolutely to the heart of the issue that we raise, and abhor having to raise, namely this idea that because you control the mainstream newsmedia, you're somehow allowed to decide what people read and what they don't need to know.

When you pay your money for a newspaper you expect to receive ALL the news. And it isn't just about the cheese in the cheeseburger, it's about the pickle, it's about the lettuce, it's about the onion in the cheeseburger. Just because one person doesn't like pickles doesn't give the press the right to deny everyone pickles. Even worse, just because the head of the burger company doesn't like onions doesn't give him the right to deny everyone onions. Especially when you're taking money for the product you sell.

Marty, if your analogy about cheese not being in cheeseburgers actually occurred, we would be reading of the arrest of the corporate heads of that burger company for fraud and deceptive practises. Maybe it's time to look at that a little closer all across the board. oliver30011649@gmail.com

WHOA WILBUR! I'M NOT GOING THERE!

During the Nazi regime in Germany there was a law that said that extra punishment would be carried out on anyone who harmed their vicious Doberman attack dogs when rounding up Jewish people for the camps.

So if Fluffy the Gestapo attack dog got his little nose kicked while mauling a victim half to death, there were further reprisals. The idea was that the animals of the Nazi elite had more value than the human beings they were tormenting. Pretty sick, huh?

Why do we point this out? Because there's been a lot of misguided misinformation in the mainstream newsmedia about attack horses and the use of marbles by protesters. We've got Michael Smyth of The Province even suggesting the marbles were thrown at the horses. This is either ignorant or misleading or more likely that delightful Canwest Global melding of the two.

Historically, the strategy is, marbles are laid out on the ground between armed attacking horsemen and unarmed peasants, by those same unarmed peasants. This creates a buffer zone between the peasants and their potential killers because the horses won't willingly step out onto a zone covered with round balls. They would stumble and fall and, unlike their idiot riders, horses aren't stupid. So they balk. And keep away. And the armed thug on the horse can't mount an effective charge against his/her victims.

No one on the victim's side has any intention of harming a horse. The only way a horse can be harmed is if some idiot rider intentionally tries to force their horse onto the field of marbles. It's as effective as a barricade, if done right.

The questions a thinking person has are, what are horses and armed riders doing there in the first place? When did we return to the days of medieval knights riding down the hapless peasantry? And most important of all, and the reason we prefaced this article they way we did, since when, in this time and place, are the elite's animals more important than the lives of We The People? oliver30011649@gmail.com

SUNDAY SERMON

And He said, "I am the Good Shepherd; the good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hired hand and not a shepherd, who is not the owner of the sheep, sees the wolf coming, and leaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and scatters them. He flees because he is a hired hand and not truly concerned about the sheep.

I am the Good Shepherd and I know My own and My own know me, even as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep."

John 10: 11-15

Far too many people rely on the secular authorities to protect them, hired hands that care nothing for you and just claim the role of protecting you to feel self-important and to take your goods and make them their own. They are not good shepherds as their motivation is self-serving and when any wolf comes, such as the H1N1 virus, they've not properly prepared as they're just hired hands who don't care. Their only interest is that you follow their instructions.

The Good Shepherd will protect you from the wolves and your hired hands. He gave His life to ensure ours and enlists the aid of The Father to ensure the safety of all the flock.

Obey the Good Shepherd, not the hired hands.

STOPPED BY A DOLLAR BAG OF MARBLES?

It all begins in fiasco. A billion dollars worth of security has been spent on the 2010 Olympics and in Victoria 200 patriotic Canadians stopped the Nazi-invented Olympic torch relay in its tracks. What an embarassment for John Furlong and the Olympic 'brain trust'. They had to run and hide from the people and their legitimate protest.

Now we don't know if the rumour is true that, instead of being at his post, 'Bub' Mercer, head of the GIT squad (Games Integrated Taskforce), was in bed with two teenage girls while the torch relay was stopped, in part through the strategic use of marbles. Their spokesweasel would neither confirm nor deny the truth of the matter, which seems highly unusual to us.

It's now becoming very clear that there's a chance these games are not going to occur as the few elites that support the bogus event simply have no way of controlling We The People. At least not without going so far that everyone becomes aware of the real circumstances we live under in this pseudo-democracy. oliver30011649@gmail.com

STOLARCHUK OF THE STALINGRAD STOLARCHUKS?

Dimitri, one of our staffers here, who comes from the former Soviet Union, was once again regaling us today with tales of what life was like in the Commie paradise.

He was discussing surveillance techniques by the KGB but we'll let him tell you, take it away Dimitri,

"KGB agents were real losers, they came from the worst parts of Russia, mostly losers in school, couldn't get girls, primarily homosexuals often not able to admit it, and their tactics just had us laughing by the last days of the Stalinist system.

If there was Refusenik or protester against the regime, anyone targeted by the regime, they would lie in wait on the street and then as the target was walking along would surround the person and try to get them to admit things or threaten with Siberia or just walk along with the target in harassing manner. But people got to know this and watchful citizens, usually the womenfolk, would see it going on from their windows and would start to yell. As more women would yell out their windows to go away all the KGB agents would suddenly turn and scurry away like rats back to their little gold Lada's and off they'd go.

We would all laugh and joke about them because once we realized they were afraid to do anything, afraid of public opinion, just afraid of being themselves surrounded they were not very brave despite their weapons. So we would yell and taunt them and the system. Little did we know there was big guy on top (Mikhail Gorbachev) that was sick of them too.

The only thing that puzzled us at the time and still is odd. We don't know where they all went. With Perestroika they just disappeared some say to the West some say to Siberia themselves we don't know. It was very sad and very, very funny. When I call home I still laugh with friends about individual incidents and we re-tell the stories to this day."

Well Dimitri, thank you for that insight on what it's like in the last days of a pathetic system of government. Vancouver Council has just passed a new by-law for the City of Vancouver. The Vancouver Police have now been given the right to arrest and forcibly re-direct to Jenny Craig any fat-assed BC Liberal minister that stomps foot in the city.

Yes, the new law, dubbed the 'Rich Coleman law', will ensure that any BC Liberal speeding away on Mars Bars will get the help they so desperately need. The only concern council has is the worry that more man hours will be lost to illness in the police dep't due to bad backs from carrying out their sworn duty and making the appropriate arrests...er we mean ensuring that those who need it get help. oliver30011649@gmail.com

There's a letter to the editor in 24 Hours newspaper this morning from someone named Galyna Shevchenko. In it she criticizes those who protest against the Olympics. Nothing wrong with that, we would ordinarily defend to the utmost her right to do so, that's what this country is all about.

But her name seemed strangely familiar to us. Couldn't figure it out at first. Then we went back to a story we reported on March 16th on this blogsite. We found the same named person coming out in support of Montreal police brutalizing a legitimate protest. So what gives?

ALWAYS SHOUT LOUD! ESPECIALLY DURING A SILENT PROTEST!

Some rare good news on the Olympic front today. The Cowichan Band and The Bay have come to a deal regarding the selling of their sweaters during the Olympics and the band have withdrawn their silent protest, a good thing as the GIT squad (Games Integrated Taskforce) were planning on charging them with verbal assault for their silent protest.

Unfortunately for Canwest Global and especially The Province, this is now a bit of a tricky story to cover as they didn't originally report the Cowichan Band protest, so how do they now raise the issue? Remain silent on a story that's become bigger than originally anticipated or report it now in one bundle and hope what few readers they have left don't realize the obvious, that they were cheated of the news in the first place? (The Sun has tried to weasel it out by slipping the news of the protest into an editorial after the fact; we give them points for clever)

Once again we turned to our Communism expert, Dimitri, who tells us (once he stopped laughing) that this would happen to Pravda every so often. They would completely ignore a local story as not in the Communist Party's interest to run, then it would blow up into something much bigger and they'd look like idiots. Naturally real news spread amongst the people anyway and they didn't need the bogus government-controlled newsagency so the story became, what would Pravda do?

Another aspect of this is, of course, important. It shows once again the power of the squeaky wheel to get the grease. Protesting is key and it's especially important if a third party, like a fat corporation that doesn't want adverse publicity, is involved. Which is the real reason that the government and its sad and limp tool known as Canwest Global hates free speech. It's so darn inconvenient. oliver30011649@gmail.com

CHRISTIAN SINGER CHARGED IN 1993 KELOWNA MURDER

That was a pretty cute front page headline in todays Province nonewspaper, now wasn't it? It's so cute and clever we've decided to use it as well. Just to show our despisal of those who thought it up.

Now of course lots of people murder other people. They come from all sorts of religious denominations, although statistics show the vast majority of killers are atheist or just unbelievers. But has anyone out there ever seen the headline, 'Atheist singer kills'? Even more to the point, considering the ownership (for now) of Canwest Global, has anyone seen the headline, 'Jew goes on killing rampage'?

The accused killer in question just happens to perform in a church band. So did John Dillinger. So what? But we understand here the value of reporting all the news. We've been critical of this very recently. This may even have been a smart-assed rebuttal to our suggestion yesterday that the news wasn't being reported properly by our two fine upstanding Canwest Global garbage spewers. Very cute. Very clever.

So, what have we learned here today? Despite the financial troubles Canwest Global finds itself in, it still finds time to tear at the very fabric of our society. It's willing to try to connect the Christian faith with murderers just to mock You The People and your way of life and system of values, despite having no discernible values themselves. And so we find ourselves, like the great Bugs Bunny, attacked and disheveled by a sneak attack from the amoral and unscrupulous Elmer Fudd, but still standing upright and looking into the camera and saying, "Of course you realize, this means war!" oliver30011649@gmail.com

P.S. Please keep in mind the reporter does not write the headline and isn't likely the one responsible. And we have no issue with the story itself, there was a certain level of relevance to his background, especially as we preach this and so need to accept it. But the headline was an act of indecency.

A BAD DEMOCRACY IS WORSE THAN NO DEMOCRACY

It's never a good thing when a democracy starts to go sour. When the system is no longer working for the people, it's working against the people.

David Fields, a local citizen taxpayer activist, has just returned from working with Greenpeace in Alberta to expose the destruction to the environment going on in that province. He did nothing illegal, he was charged with nothing, and he returns to his home in Vancouver feeling he's a productive member of a progressive society that's proud of it's freedom and its heritage.

Then he gets a knock on the door in the early hours of the morning. His pregnant wife answers the door. It's two Vancouver police officers and they push the pregnant wife out of the way and proceed to search the premises. When Mr. Fields questions what they're doing the cops say a 911 call came from the premises. No such call was made by Mr. Fields and his wife. The police searched in their closets, etc., acted menacing and left.

The couple felt intimidated and threatened. VPD spokesweasel, Constable Lindsay Houghton, made no attempt to deny this occurred but merely pointed out that, due to the 911 call that never existed, the police had the authority to search without a warrant.

We here at this newsblog decided to go to an authority on this type of thing. One of our own staff members, Dimitri, grew up in the Soviet Union through the 70's and 80's and he points out that these are classic tactics used by the KGB to intimidate and threaten 'refuseniks' and other accused enemies of the Communist way of life. He recognized the same way of being threatening without actually beating or arresting anyone so any spokesman for the KGB could claim 'nothing happened.'

The questions we have are these:

When did the Communist way of life become our way of life? When did we give permission to the authorities to use Communist tactics in our country? When did we give up our rights and freedoms to become a Communist state? At what point does committing these Communist acts become treason against We The People? When will we take back our country and lock up all those who dared try to turn our nation into a Communist, fascist state?

This brings us to the crux of the issue. The peoples of many formerly Communist countries were able to shed their filthy overlords, sometimes by violence like in Romania, sometimes by simply taking control of the centres of power and reverting them back to the people. But we here in Canada, and especially in BC, have a problem. We're supposedly already democratic and free. Even though this clearly isn't the case as our governments simply refuse to represent large percentages of the population, despite the fact they tax us. DO WE NEED TO SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU?

Hoo boy, the realization of something truly shocking has suddenly dawned on us today at this newsroom. You'd think that times would change but sadly, and sickly, it appears they have not.

Interestingly, one of our staff was once upon a time a long time employee of a major Vancouver daily newspaper editorial office and he has told us that during his time with the mainstream newsmedia it was an unofficial newsroom rule that native/aboriginal issues and stories were not to be pursued as, in the words of one coked-up deputy newseditor, "F-ing indians are nothing but troublemakers and aren't worth the news space."

Now we've noticed something. The recent story we reported on, the CBC reported on, various sites reported on, whereby the RCMP went after Cowichan band knitting grannies for wanting to protest the theft of their sweater design by The Bay does not appear to have received full coverage.

Kindly as they are, these grannies were merely going to line the route the Olympics torch was on, wearing their sweaters as a silent protest. For that the band members got an unwelcome visit from the police.

Incredible as it seems, it appears the big two Canwest Global publications, the Vancouver Sun and The Province, have not run the story. They've intentionally and willfully 'spiked' it, presumably for the same reason as in the past. Keep in mind this story is very much related to what's been going on with both the sweater issue and the security issue vis-a-vis the games. So pretty much a no-brainer as to newsworthiness.

Now we're gonna be really big hearted here and assume that miraculously they just didn't hear about it. They missed the story. It happens. After all, most, if not all the people haven't heard about bullets through walls just narrowly missing sleeping babies. It's partly our fault. Maybe we're not spreading the news well enough. Too reliant on the 'professionals' to do it.

WISDOM IS A VIRTUE; IT CAN ALSO FILL YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

Daniel Woods is $13,000 richer than he was a month ago. Who is he and why is he richer? Because he's a very smart person.

On August 24, 2007, two cowardly, small-penised Vancouver Police officers, Constable Paul 'Gutless Yellowbelly' Gies and Sgt. Stephen 'No Balls' Eely decided, because they felt manly with guns and the protection of the badge, to beat up taxpaying citizen Daniel Woods and lock him up for six hours. He had done absolutely nothing wrong and was just walking down the street.

Normally one would complain about these types of cowardly acts to the Office of the Police Complaints Commissioner, which as everybody knows, is a complete and utter waste of time, but Mr. Woods didn't do that. Mr. Woods took the City of Vancouver, who are ultimately responsible for the VPD, to Small Claims Court and there was awarded the cash mentioned above. Bravo for Daniel Woods!

You know, we've all learned something here today. (apologies to Trey and co.) Unlike these phony police investigation boards, judges will actually look at the evidence and make a ruling based on that. So We The People have a far better chance at justice going through the small claims legal system than to bother with corrupt police boards.

We here at this news blogsite recommend this approach for all those who run into trouble with the authorities and we feel its potential to be especially useful for those who run afoul of the Olympics security GIT squad (Games Integrated Taskforce; ok we admit it, we renamed them) cannot be underestimated.

SUNDAY SERMON

And He was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath. There was a woman who for eighteen years had had a sickness caused by a spirit; and she was bent double, and could not straighten up at all.

When Jesus saw her, He called her over and said to her, "Woman, you are freed from your sickness." And He laid His hands on her and immediately she was made erect again, and began giving thanks to God.

But a synagogue official, indignant because Jesus had healed on the sabbath, began saying to the crowd in response, "There are six days on which work should be done; so come during them and get healed, and not on the sabbath."

But the Lord answered him and said, "You hypocrites, does not each of you on the sabbath untie his ox or his donkey from his stall and lead him away to water him? And this woman, who Satan has bound for eighteen long years, should she not have been released from this bond on the sabbath?"

Here the Lord shows that when it comes to compassion for our fellow human beings, any rules or laws mean nothing and not only can be ignored, they should be ignored.

It's the living soul that's important in the eyes of the Lord, not some unliving rule or law. No law has the power or the right to interfere with the life of any human being.

And being hypocrites, those who preach total subservience to the law, even to the harming of human souls, all too often do not themselves obey their own rules. This our Lord exposes as shameful.

WARNING! TERRORIST KNITTERS AT LARGE!

Well we certainly feel much more assured. Vancouver City Police Chief Constable Jim Chu stumbled out of his office this week to ensure We The People that his police force were "not the sign police".

Constable Chu has assured us all that the police during the 2010 games have way better things to do than chase after people and their personal protests about the games. Constable Chu said he felt he needed to clear the air and explain that police forces don't go around doing stupid things and treating every form of protest as a crime to be investigated.

"The scenarios the press describe, sometimes simply in an effort to generate fear and conflict, are becoming ridiculous," says our intrepid police spokesman.

Meanwhile, in other news 2010 games police have tracked down and arrested aboriginal grannies who planned a knitting protest against the games for stealing their sweater design. A spokesman for Games Integrated Taskforce Security, none other than our own man at the top Bud Mercer, assures us he will do everything in his power to protect the games and the people of BC from criminal protest knitters.

Yes the leader of GITS is on the job when it comes to taskforcing security (um or is it securing taskforcity??) and has pledged to go about his enquiries regarding these recidivistic knitters. One person that happened to be in Ye Olde Yarn Shoppe when the offending yarn was purchased, and therefore obviously an accomplice, has already been tracked down and spoken to by a crack team of investigators.

"Ooh it was ever so exciting, the nice policeman gave me tea and told me I was mixed up with some bad company and should stay away from knitting shops," says 79 year old Agnes Kravitz after she was released.

"We leave no stone unturned when it comes to getting to the bottom of these knitting conspiracies," says our man from GITS.

THE SMELL OF SULPHUR IS IN THE AIR!

Well the evil-doers are at it again. The BC Liberal party has decided to cut children and babies off social assistance if any one of their parents have an outstanding warrant against them. Now remember, a warrant is not an admission of guilt, it's just that someone has accused you of something.

Ignoring the vicious evil that these Liberal filth do by harming kids to get at their poor parents, ignoring the cries of little hungry children as they clutch their tummies and cry, 'mommy why am I so hungry?', ignoring the fact that the garbage who devised this idea of cutting off those who most need help in our society should be horsewhipped through the streets for their abominations, ignoring everything foul and evil about this decision, there's one blindingly obvious problem with putting poor young mothers in a situation like this.

It can be abused. Now law enforcement, welfare office employees, the dirty BC Liberals and their supporters, anyone who has an influence in this decision process can demand sexual favours in return for not filing bogus warrants. All you've got to do as a welfare officer is say, "Attractive young lady with two hungry children, I will claim you stole my wallet and see that there's an outstanding warrant against you unless you do special favours for me."

What mother wouldn't do whatever it takes to feed her children? For that matter, what parent wouldn't steal a loaf of bread to feed their hungry child? These filthy-minded BC Liberal scum have created a situation whereby the most vulnerable live at the most risk in our society and we let them get away with it.

We here at this news and editorial blogsite can only turn to religion and the Lord to fight the foulness that perpetuates these deeds so we declare, and we feel the Lord and his apostles support us in this: those responsible for this change to the availability of social assistance are anathema, they are persona non grata, they are not souls worthy of the Law and the Law is hereby rescinded as it pertains to the protection of these unworthy creatures. HAVE ANOTHER SIP, IT'S OKAY NUDGE NUDGE

There's been a debate raging on the pages of 24 Hours lately on the subject of climate change and whether it's real or just in our imaginations. We're going to make a few comments on this here but first give it some historical context because this is not new.....

...man first started having a measurable global affect on the earth's atmosphere in or about 500-600 A.D. That was when Europeans started burning the massive arboreal forests of Europe to both create new land for farming (the population of Europe trebled between 600 - 1000) and to eradicate the deep dark forests that pagans were hiding in. Prior to this time man's influence was entirely regional but with these burnings the planet, through tree rings and ice measurements, first revealed our atmosphere altering presence.

This has continued ever since with varying degrees of impact. For instance, it's not a coincidence that when Britain stopped burning massive amounts of coal, the fogs of Britain subsided to a remarkable degree and the coal smog that was so bad large numbers of the population were dying from it in the 40's and 50's largely became a thing of the past. We have an impact on the atmospheric environment of this planet and we've been having an impact for quite some time now. So the question is, is it okay to continue to pollute at whatever level we deem useful for our needs or is there a need for restraint?

We would humbly suggest that the basic common sense that everyone is born with, but not everybody heeds, should lead us to the conclusion that, even though we can't hope to stop our impact entirely, we need, as a planet, to be functioning under some kind of guidelines that control our output intelligently so we, as adults, can be sure to leave a safe world for our children and our children's children. And you have to ask yourselves, if one side is putting forward scientific data like adults and the other side is just name-calling like little children, possibly this should lead us to the conclusions we need to come to.

As for the other side, the side that says lets just keep the party going and the poison flowing, we would point out the danger of listening to these Jim Jones-like preachers who will egg you on to drink the 'special' Kool-Aid of unlimited polluting until we're all lying dead on the ground. OUR MAJESTY IS SACROSANCT!

Metro, a local freebie throwaway, has actually improved a fair bit over the course of this year. We say this because what follows is in no way a criticism of their columnists.

A writer for this newspaper, Derek Moscato, wrote something today that disturbs us whenever we see it in print. He wrote a column about trams and how unrecognized they are as a transit option in this city. It was a fine column, we have no beef with it, we support what was written in every way, except for one line in that column.

He wrote in part, "....there has hardly been a peep from our political masters."

We take a deep breath at this point, count to ten, try to regain control and explain through clenched teeth, politicians are our servants not our masters, We The People are the masters, our servants obey us without fail or we drag them to a jail cell (or worse), if We The People are not happy with our servants they had better find a way to make us happy.

To even put this outrageous concept in print is to encourage disobedience on the part of our servants and as our servants are already excessively disobedient, we would suggest to Mr. Moscato that he refrain from encouraging these recidivists to act out of line with regards to obeying We The People and respecting the people's omnipotent majesty.

KEEP YOUR HEAD DOWN AND YOUR MIDDLE FINGER UP!

There's been a story in the news lately about the International Olympic Committee aggressively going after amateur photographers who have downloaded their photographs of the previous Olympic games in China on internet share sites like Flickr.

These anti free speech fascists have been contacting individuals who have posted their snapshots on share sites and ordered them to cease and desist doing so, despite the fact that the individuals concerned have paid a great deal of money to go to and attend Olympic events in the first place.

We have a couple of points to make: firstly, this shows just how powerful the IOC is, an international organization that answers to no one and has the authority to supercede any supposedly independent government or nation, including the mighty United States of America, if they so choose.

Secondly, we've said before on this blogsite, the 21st century is the century of anonymity and it is rapidly becoming the case where only a fool uses their own name or identity for anything that they do. It has become imperative to be hidden. If the individuals involved had masked their identity they would not have had a problem. This is why we here do not reveal our real identity, it is not because we don't stand behind what we believe but because we would be under immediate attack if we did so.

Some of the most interesting passages in the Gospels. Jesus is making it clear He is not the judge, He is the teacher sent by the Judge to teach us right from wrong.

This is not something new for this planet. There appear to have been many visitations from the Creator's 'children' to teach us how to live our lives in peace and harmony. The ancient Egyptians referred to them as 'Horus Kings' and considered them the sons of the Living God. The legend of these great teachers covers the four corners of the earth, from the Buddha to Viracocha and many others besides.

They all came in peace, made no attempt to claim earthly power, and just spoke words of righteousness and goodness in the face of evil, a message they made clear they were passing on from the Creator Himself. Lest we forget, just because another people know God by another name doesn't mean that image of God is tarnished. God has come to all of us in the past and shows such compassion for us that He sends His children down to teach us.

But there's no point to continuing to do so if we've stopped listening.

WHAT A SHAMEFUL JOKE

We'd laugh if it wasn't so angering. We live in a province where free speech is penalized with a $10,000 fine and 6 months in prison, and this is applicable even in one's own home, but here's a quote from BC Liberal Education Reichsminister Margaret MacDiarmid when asked about teachers opposition to these draconian penalties,

"Freedom of speech is a fundamental underpinning of our nation and everyone has the right to voice their opinion - even about the 2010 winter games."

We suggest that copies of this quote be handed out during the games right in the 'no free speech' zones. We can think of nothing that would be more embarrassing for the BC Liberals than to have taxpaying citizens in jail for the crime of distributing a BC Liberal minister's own words. OR AN UNFORTUNATE MIX OF THE TWO?

As we observe the crazy nation to the south of us, a country with more nutbars per square acre than anywhere else on God's green earth, we find ourselves wondering something.

Their President and rare sane politician, Barack Obama, has been trying to reform the U.S and turn it into a better nation instead of the international pariah it's become. He's already been chosen for the Nobel Peace Prize, a quite extraordinary achievement for a U.S. President that hasn't really even done anything yet. Obviously the rest of the world has high hopes for President Obama, as do a lot of decent Americans.

Unfortunately for President Obama, he's also trying to enact reforms internally to make the U.S. a better place to live and work for ordinary Americans. Why do we say unfortunately? Because historically this has occurred before in this type of country, a major superpower with an unstable population and an out of control wealthy elite.

HELP! HELP! HE WON'T TOUCH ME!

We don't normally give lowlifes like neo-con hatemonger Rachel Marsden the time of day on this newsblog but we have to weigh in about something she's written for the Daily Telegraph.

Even though Canadian aboriginals have done her no apparent harm, she's written this vitriolic rant against them (we assume because they refused to rape her; if you don't know what that's in reference to, Google it!). In it she used the line, "Canada was third-worldish until the Europeans arrived....".

Honey, when the Europeans arrived the whole world was 'third-worldish'. Everybody lived in their own muck. In the 16th century there was no decent sewage, there was no clean water; the fancy hoity-toity Europeans crapped in a pot they stooped over. Even the most marginal third world countries today have toilets. The Europeans brought nothing but disease, alcohol and repressive government that obliterated the open and self-governing tribal councils that aboriginals ruled themselves with.

Aboriginals in Canada have contributed as much as anyone else to the growth of Canada into a 'first world' nation, when they've been allowed to. There's no one group in Canada that can somehow claim that they were the ones who built everything and other groups just sat around and did nothing. We've all been in this nation-building experiment together for better or worse.

And dearie, as for your comment about the Olympics logo being some sort of 'Indian' stone carving (good God, has that harridan managed to have us defending an aspect of the Games?!), it's actually Inuit. What round eyes like you call Eskimo.

EVEN WHEN SHOT AND BLEEDING IN THE STREET!

Michael Smyth, columnist for the daily Province, asks a very funny question in todays paper. We laughed and we laughed when we read it. E-health, a part of the BC Health Ministry, is rocked with scandal as fraud and corruption have been discovered by the newsmedia to be running rampant in Reichsmarshal Kevin Falcon's ministry.

He asks the question, 'when the BC Liberal government found out about the possible criminal activity, why didn't they call the police?'

GETTING DRUNK AND HAVING A 'GOOD' IDEA IS NO BARRIER IN BARRIERE!

The town of Barriere, BC has just discovered they're at the same latitude as Stonehenge, the stone age religious centre in England. We're not quite sure how you just discover this, it's presumably been a fact since Barriere came into existence and exactly why did someone decide to check for this now??, but anyhoo to honour the coincidence and attract tourists the town is planning on building an exact same-size replica of the famous site.

This sounds interesting but we're a little concerned about the stress this is going to put on all the towns on the same latitude as the great pyramids of Egypt. It might be best not to alert any of the towns found on 30 degrees north or they may feel they have to emulate Barriere. We're not sure even Robaxacet could ease the pain of that project!

One other aspect of this construction project worries us as well: we sincerely hope the town of Barriere isn't planning on hiring any VANOC staff to run the show or Barriere will find itself one big 'no free speech' zone and Coca Cola will be crammed down every townsperson's throat. Mind you, drinking that poison might be for the best once the humongous cost overruns kick in.

Still, assuming Barriere can find the right kind of rocks and keep John Furlong away from the project they might just pull it off and find themselves with a nice little tourist trap of their very own. DIDN'T A KING OF ENGLAND ONCE TRY TO SELL OUT HIS COUNTRY TO A FOREIGN POWER?

How embarrassed must the people of Iran have felt when, during a speech by their President during a recent United Nations event, most of the countries of the world walked out on that speech. It really signifies a pariah nation when something that serious happens.

Now lets fast forward to a United Nations meeting this month in Bangkok to discuss the Kyoto Protocol, a vital treaty that requires all the nations of the world to cut back on their greenhouse gas emissions, a treaty signed by Canada, a treaty binding on all those who agreed to follow the phases of this treaty.

Except apparently Canada. Our current government believes signed treaties mean nothing (would this come as a surprise to our aboriginal readers??) and have demanded that Kyoto be trashed and a treaty more suitable to doing nothing about climate change substituted in its place.

So when the Canadian delegation got up to speak on the subject of trashing treaties, guess what? 77 nations got up and walked out. Just like what happened to Iran. Trash the Jews, suffer a walkout. Trash Kyoto, suffer a walkout. What an embarrassment to all of us in this country. This makes us appear no better than Iran, a pariah on the global stage.

How did we end up this way? Canada was once a leader on the world scene, the rest of the world looked up to us and followed our lead in making the world a better place. One Canadian, Lester Pearson, would have become Secretary General of the United Nations if he hadn't found even more vital work as our Prime Minister.

But today we have a small man in the job of Prime Minister. A man that has no vision but the narrow interests of the oil and gas industry that own him. A man who's beliefs have been shaped by a prairie city that only looks south and believes itself to be American, not Canadian. And so Canada, a once proud and free nation, increasingly subjects itself to the will of another nation, a modern day Pergamum if you will.

Be warned all those out there that propel us down this path as the jackal of America. Superpowers show little gratitude in the end and just swallow up their friends whole. Regarding the issue of VANOC's security militia following around and harassing even the friends of those who are critical of the idiotic olympics and the fascists that are behind it: all we can do for now, as Citizen Taxpayers, is document these actions and be willing and ready to give testimony down the road.

These enemies of We The People will be dealt with in due course and it's important that we build good solid cases against them to ensure justice is done. In the meantime don't be afraid to speak out against these games whenever you feel like it. Free speech and open criticism of government are the cornerstones of our way of life and system of values and no olympic security weasel has the right to take that away.

MENTALLY ILL? THAT'S AN AUTOMATIC FIVE YEAR SENTENCE IN REMAND!

Today we want to go back to the treatment gangster Jamie Bacon and, more importantly, the treatment that those with mental illness suffer in what are euphemistically called 'remand centres' but are, in fact, dungeons for the unconvicted.

A society is usually judged by history according to how it treats its ill, both the physical and mental. In very ancient times, when man lived as hunter/gatherers with just very small settlements and limited resources there's clear evidence from grave sites that even then a tribe cared for its ill.

We, in our more resource-laden and progressive society (we're loath to use the word 'enlightened'), take the mentally ill and throw them in a filthy 2 foot by 3 foot cell as punishment for their crime of being ill. Part of the story about what Mr. Bacon has been going through in remand is the fact he's had to listen to mentally ill souls screaming and banging on their cell doors.

It's hard to tell who is truly evil in our society. Is it the relatively dim-witted Mr. Bacon, who's violence just mimics the world around him, or is it the kind of people who feel it's perfectly okay to treat the least fortunate and weakest and most vulnerable, not just as criminals, but as souls to be tortured with the cruelest of living conditions? Does evil beget evil? What will history think of us?

Any citizen taxpayer who has to be held against their will due to the length of time it takes to give that citizen a fair and just trial for whatever they've been accused of deserves the right to be kept in the best of conditions until there's justification for not doing so, i.e. by a conviction and sentence. To torture anyone, especially the mentally ill, because the justice system has broken down and we as a society are now getting our revenge through torture chambers rather than rule of law, is sick, degenerate and shows just how corrupted we are as a civilization.

If there's anyone out there that cares about right and wrong we beg you to speak out about this appalling treatment. Think of it this way: as it stands now, the person who goes into one of these centres accused of shoplifting comes out a mentally disturbed potential axe-murderer. Do you think that's a good idea? A good farmer understands that even though the weeds may seem to thrive for a short time, ultimately they are doomed.

A TALE OF TWO CITIES

It still makes a difference where you live in the Lower Mainland and especially it makes a difference if you're raising children.

When the provincial government wanted to cram a massive jail for the innocent unconvicted down the throat of Burnaby residents, both the residents themselves and their local government fought like dogs to keep the jail out. They have children growing up in the neighbourhood slated for the planned dungeon and didn't want something so disgusting and dangerous in their neighbourhood. The Mayor of Burnaby made it clear in no uncertain terms the jail wasn't welcome there.

And then there's Surrey. Surrey has welcomed the abomination with open arms. The new jail will be built right smack in the middle of a Surrey residential neighbourhood, just blocks away from a couple of schools. The opinions of the parents who have to watch their kids going to school past this violent facility were not given any consideration. To quote Dianne Watts, mayor of Surrey, "We have no concerns about safety."

Do yourselves a favour folks if you're planning to raise a family in the Lower Mainland: part of that planning is planning where to live. There's nowhere perfect but some cities have local government that cares; some cities have self-absorbed scum in the guise of government. Why do we say on this news and editorial blogsite that all the political parties are the same? Why are we so convinced the current system doesn't work and we have to band together to defeat it and install government that works?

Here's one good reason why. Even with the fascist Conservatives in office federally, even with the fascist Liberals in office provincially, the equally fascist NDP have just announced they support the idea of completely random breathalyser tests of motorists.

Even ignoring the spread of disease that these machines that people stick in their mouths must be capable of, even ignoring the disruption to your day to come around a corner and find some jackasses with breathalysers (and guns) ready to stop you and force you to take their little tests, even ignoring the complete lack of presumption of innocence that these random tests represent, just who the heck trusts this equipment?

We're going to have a situation where one faulty breathalyser ruins the lives of dozens, if not hundreds, of families. What a scenario to end up in, with the kids in the backseat, coming home from grandma's house, stone cold sober and suddenly the whole family's out of the car and dads arrested for DUI, moms in tears not knowing what's happening and the kids are terrified. Fascism at its ugliest, like something from a WW2 movie.

If we want to discourage drunk driving, properly punish our drunk driving Premier instead of setting such an atrocious example by not punishing and then re-electing the dog.

HOW MANY CANADIANS ACCEPT THIS?

Canada is a free nation. If native born Canadians want to speak their minds about what's bothering them then that's what they'll do. That's what we all do. We Are Canadian!

So when Canadian athlete Regan Lauscher speaks out on a subject as she's done on the ctvolympics.ca website, we listen politely because she has every right to do so. We may agree with her, we may not. But we defend to the utmost her right to do so. It's part of our way of life and system of values.

On the other hand, when non-native VANOC CEO John Furlong threatens our Canadian daughter, we sit up and take notice. What he said was in part, "I'm going to contact this young person and have a discussion with her. It's not nice to read what's in there."

Are you going to silence our own native daughter Furlong? Are you going to make threats over the phone? Are you going to intimidate a good Canadian with your violence-laced ancestral tongue?

One of our staffers works in the Harbour Centre office tower downtown. Today was the building's yearly fire alarm. So, reports our staffer, everyone trotted down the stairwells when the alarms went off and congregated at the valkyrie statue outside The Continental restaurant.

Then a funny thing happened. Translink police showed up and started photographing everyone standing around outside. They got out of car A990 and started taking pictures. When some of the workers resisted having their pictures taken, one of the officers in question placed his hand on a bulge at his waist (flashlight?) and the office workers settled down real quick. But anger was in the air.

So why the weird behaviour by the transit authority? What were they doing? What were they trying to achieve? There may be no answer to these questions but one thing is sure; a lot of office employees plan not to participate in next years drill. Great. EARTH TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL: BC IS NOT IRAN!

Why is it the BC Liberal government cannot do anything without making it an illegal act? Why can they not do what we want without breaking the laws of decency if not the law period? Why are we here at this blogsite infuriatingly forced to side with gangsters? This is madness.

We speak, of course, of the torture of Jamie Bacon. Who asked the justice system to torture him? What we wanted was an arrest, a conviction, and a spell of good long time in a federal penitentiary. What we're getting is incredible brutality the likes of which are only supposed to go on in 3rd world countries.

What we've read about the conditions that Mr. Bacon is living in makes our flesh crawl. It is evil. It is being done by people with no moral compass who think torturing human beings is somehow fun. It is, to put it simply, to be like Mr. Bacon himself.

So that's what we have become. A province of Jamie Bacons, sick and disturbed all of us, no idea of right and wrong, just a twisted sense of revenge. And how bad is it? A relative of one of the victims says, "If you do the crime, you have to pay the price." Lady, read our lips: HE HASN'T BEEN CONVICTED YET! We don't know where you're from but in a civilized society you are innocent until proven guilty.

And this leads us to these remand centres. There's so much wrong with this story and other aspects of it that we're going to cover individual parts as their own article on this site, but suffice it to say these torture chambers for the unconvicted must be shut down and a lawful, responsible setup put in their place. What exists now is a kind of punishment without ever committing a crime.

To get back to the torture of Jamie Bacon. What concerns us most of all with this stupidity, what upsets us even more than having to defend a scumbag, is the fact that this gives this piece of turd the high moral ground and allows him to be the victim, completely overshadowing his victimization of others. And once again, anytime something doesn't seem to make sense, our spidey senses start a-tingling and we wonder just why this is being done? A little pain now for a lot of gain later, perhaps?

What of the issue? Let's look at it historically and biblically shall we? The ancient world knew all about cannabis and its properties and there were plenty of opportunities for condemnation. But nowhere in the Christian scriptures, even from the excessively judgemental Paul of Tarsus, is there a condemnation or edict against cannabis. Nowhere in the Hebrew scriptures is cannabis forbidden. No patriarch speaks out against it, no prophet condemns it, even God on the mountaintop has nothing negative to say about cannabis. The only people attacking it are a small group of evil-doers who have put themselves above the Lord and His divine creativeness and condemned His creation.

CURIOUSER AND CURIOUSER

Interesting. We've reported here on the charges against Victoria Turley for somehow letting the daughter of Julie Raymond die in her home due to excessive drinking on the part of the daughter and we've exhibited some suspicion of the 'Human Resources Professional' looking Julie Raymond while she's at the press briefing that the RCMP held to announce the charges.

Since doing so, the photographs on both the Sun and Province websites have changed from the one we refer to and have become folksy home pictures of a hockey mom pining for her deceased daughter. In these new pictures she doesn't appear to be anything other than a stay at home mom.

It's a terrible thing when a child dies and we have no quarrel with the deceased daughter, may she rest in peace, but this has led to a war against the family who had the misfortune of having that daughter die in their home. Now middle class mom Victoria Turley runs the risk of five years in jail , i.e. way more hard time than your average gangster, and we continue to wonder exactly why this is going on. But if we're nothing else, we're dogged bastards and we will come to the truth of this story, unless the mainstream newsmedia realize the jig is up and report the truth. oliver30011649@gmail.com

DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS!

It always amazes us here at this newsroom that no matter how low we think the authorities can go, they always go one better.

There's been a problem for some time now on Skytrain. The debit/credit card functions aren't working properly. The mainstream newsmedia has avoided reporting it so only people who ride Skytrain on a regular basis and see the little signs know of this.

What this means is, if you are in a hurry or dealing with an emergency and aren't the type to carry cash you're facing a decision when you get to the train. Your debit/credit card won't work and you have no cash so you have to, due to your emergency, get on the train anyway.

We assumed this was blindingly obvious and meant that fare checks would cease because after all you don't have to be a saint to see the wrongness here.

Well we were the ones wrong. One of our staffers, who fortunately carries a pass, walked into a fare check by the always oafish and overweight Transit Police. Out of curiousity, she asked one of these mouthbreathers, "what if I was a mom with a sick kid and I had to get on this train and the debit/credit machine wasn't working through no fault of my own; why would I be ticketed?"

Well the transit creature (we don't like to use the word pig; pigs are nice and they go 'oink') just laughed and said, "little missy, we've ticketed more moms with sick kids in the last month than in the entire history of Skytrain. And I'll tell you a secret.....we took the machines out of use ourselves so we could pad our revenues. It's been an inspirational time for us. It's so exciting now I have to step away into a private corner for a few minutes."

What the hell? How dare this transit corporation purposely prey on those caught by the faultiness of their own equipment? How desperate is this corporation for cash? How desperate are they for a social conscience? SUNDAY SERMON

Now He was telling His disciples a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart, saying, "In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God and did not respect man. There was a widow in that city wanting legal protection. The judge was unwilling but after a while he said to himself, 'Even though I do not fear God or respect man because this widow will not stop bothering me I will give her legal protection' "

And the Lord said, "Hearing what an unrighteous judge said, will not God bring about justice for His elect who cry to Him day and night; would He delay for long?

I tell you that He will bring about justice quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will He find faith on the earth?"

It is good and proper to pray to God for aid and succor in this harsh and evil world. If making one's voice heard can work even with the evil-doers who tire of hearing our demands and relent, how much quicker will God, our Father in Heaven, respond to us in our hour of need and punish our enemies?

But, to be counted amongst the lambs of the Lord on His return, one must have faith in the Lord, His teachings and the words and deeds that He revealed to us during His ministry, so that He can rejoice that upon His return He found many true and faithful followers. The faithless evil-doers will then vanish from our presence without a trace.

MORE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILIES UNDER ATTACK; GANGSTERS CAN BREATHE EASY!

We've covered the war on the middle-class quite extensively on this blog news outlet and as our regular readers know expressions like 'little used law' are pretty much guaranteed to set off our spidey senses.

So when we read that a middle-class hockey mom, Victoria Turley, has been charged with 'not giving sufficient aid' to a visiting 16 year old girl who had, seemingly unknown to anyone, been drinking too much and choked to death on her own puke. This is tragic of course but what the Turley family is being charged with is a crime rarely (we believe never) actually used.

It appears to be scapegoating at its worst. If anyone should be charged with a crime, it's the girl's mother who clearly is a failure as a parent. Blaming someone else rather than taking personal responsibility actually reveals much about the kind of parenting this child received in her short life. The child died at six in the morning after being in a strange house all night. Where was her mother? Where was her father? As for the resident parent, how does one asleep at six in the morning know someone else's kid is in trouble?

But there are questions here. Why is this 'rarely used' law now rearing its ugly head? Why in this particular instance? And why, when news outlets like the Vancouver Sun never publish the address of gangsters, murderers, rapists, litterers, did they publish the Turley address? It's right in the lead story. The police weren't even willing to name the accused; but the Sun made sure everyone knew who it was and where she lived. Why?

And then there's the words of the dead girls mother, Julie Raymond, when asked if she knew the accused family. She said no but she did have knowledge of the family. A strangely officious response to the question. Kind of like 'known to the police'. So we wonder, who is Julie Raymond?

There's more to this than meets the eye. There are 'special' connections at work here, a whiff of scandalous abuse of authority and we're going to find out what those connections are. oliver30011649@gmail.com

IT CHANGES NOTHING!

Mainstream Canada is all excited. We've fended off a useless federal election, thanks to one useless political party backing another useless political party. Wow how not exciting.

But sadly we no longer actually have a democracy here in Canada. We have our local politicians sitting in jail cells waiting to be shipped to the US for their political beliefs, we have our autonomy gone due to the nuclear power to the south of us; even at this newsmedia outlet, we've had to edit our copy to suit those who threaten our way of life and system of values.

We attempted to resist as we're natural born fighters with a mission of truth and justice but once one of our staffers children, a 9 year old child, was threatened with torture, we had no choice but to back down and remove the offending material. We're actually also under orders not to refer to it in any way but we draw the line at a total shutdown of freedom of speech.

So where are we in this country? Prisoners in our own homes? Middle class under attack like never before in the history of humanity? Our servants abusing the power that we generously (and foolishly) grant them? Entire families on the run from those whose salaries they pay?

But we promise you something gentle readers. As long as there's fight in us, as long as we can keep our kids safe from monsters and still continue fighting we will continue to expose the evil around us and as God is our witness, we will defeat the enemy. IF SOME GROUP MAKES THE COLOUR BLUE ILLEGAL, WILL YOU OBEY?

Edie asks us a question, "Citizen Oliver, if marijuana is such a deadly, addictive substance, how is Mr. Emery able to walk away from it for five years? I can't go without chocolate for a week and would fight to the bitter end not to lose it."

Your wonderful question, Edie, strikes at the core of this whole issue of destroying a human life and having a legitimate reason to do so. We're not the Nazi regime, we're not animals, we have to have a reason in a free and democratic society to harm our fellow citizens. We must feel he/she harms us in some way to validate our punishing response.

What is the legitimate reason for the illegality of cannabis? 'Because we say so' is the territory of fascists, we're a sophisticated civilized society that spurns fascism in any form and so we need a reason before we can harm a fellow human being that pursues this 'illegality'.

The only possible argument is the level of harm to humanity that cannabis causes. It has to be a level higher than other 'legal' substances. It has to be provable. If it's not then we're punishing our fellow citizens at the whim of a small group of evil-doers who have decided that they decide what's right and what's wrong. In other words, fascism.

But we're not fascists. We're decent, kind, caring human beings with souls that link to a benevolent Creator and so Edie's question rears its head, should it not logically be chocolate that we lock people up for possessing? Because we see a man who's shrugged his shoulders and said, 'ok so I go without dope for a few years, that's the least of my worries'.

Hardly a deadly killer. In fact the only deadly killer in this issue are the evil-doers behind this terrible crime against an innocent fellow citizen. And that garbage we most definitely need protection from. oliver30011649@gmail.com

Well well once again we see the medium with the message......a headline in todays Vancouver Sun editorial page says, 'Hang 'em High'........a few days ago it was 'earned the right to hang'. Is this another subliminal message to We The People? Should the government start looking over their shoulder as justice looms on the horizon? Are there groups out there that want to take things even further than our 'Lock 'em Up' message? Has Canwest Global signed onto this movement?

Jeff B., one of our readers, points out an interesting little factoid about what the Dalai Lama had to say here in Vancouver.

The Dalai Lama came out strongly against technology, this condemnation was reported pretty much everywhere in the mainstream newsmedia. But a hatred and mistrust of technology is a hallmark of the Communist Chinese and their repressive system.

They live in absolute terror of technology one day freeing their people from this repressive regime. It's just a little unsettling that the Dalai Lama happens to preach a fear of technology himself, a fear that technology will get in the way of 'peace'.

WHAT KIND OF IDIOTS MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO LOCK UP THE NON-VIOLENT?

A vicious assault occurred on Commercial Drive earlier this week. A homeless person was attacked entirely at random by two youths, one too young to be named, the other was Ronald John Sovick, age 20. (if anyone knows where he or his family live please e-mail at the usual place)

Violent crime like this is horrific and should receive the harshest sentences we can mete out but this is B.C. so we have a prediction to make: Unlike the peace-loving taxpaying citizen Marc Emery, Ronald John Sovick will not spend five years behind bars for this monstrous act of violence. We only reserve that fate for taxpaying citizens that sell seeds on the internet.

Not only do we predict the above, we take the prediction even further: Marc Emery has to spend a month sitting in a remand cell waiting to be kidnapped to the US; Ronald John Sovick will not even spend behind bars the length of time of Citizen Martyr Emery's wait.

Why do we know this? Because we know and understand the foul, contemptible, criminal, dirty, evil, perverted scum that run our justice system, from the Attorney General on down, the lowest form of vermin to ever inhabit a planet. WE WISH IT WEREN'T TRUE BUT....

We've had e-mail asking us why we haven't commented on the Dalai Lama's visit to Vancouver and all the stories about him in the newsmedia:

It's because, even though he appears to be an enemy of our enemy, Commie China, he is wayyyyy too close to the establishment elite for our comfort. There is the theory that the reason the Communists haven't arranged his death, which would in fact be very easy as his security is lax, is that he isn't quite what he seems. He always seems to manage not to call for revolutionary change even though his people suffer and the very fact that so many establishment elites glom onto him makes us back away with suspicion.

FIVE WORDS THAT STARTED A REVOLUTION?

Sometimes the incredible out of touch stupidity of the government controlled mainstream newsmedia astonishes even us. This is the last paragraph in an editorial on the pages of the Vancouver Sun, an editorial about budgets and allowing the ruling party to call an election in the fall rather than the spring, which would cause them to be in power an extra six months:

"As to whether it should be three or four years hence, after two terms of good government the Liberals have *earned the right to hang* on for an extra six months before facing the judgement of the voters again."

Good government? Good grief! Just how out of touch with the people of BC do you have to be to make a statement like that? Just how high of an ovary tower are you bunkered in to not know what's going on on the ground?

We've said it before, it won't be enough to rid ourselves of the parasitic governments we live under, something also has to be done about the lapdog mainstream newsmedia elites that infest our society and slaver at the heels of their fascist masters. WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU HAVE THE FLU, ETC.

'Nancy', one of our staffers here at the newsroom, has come down with the flu. We thought we'd give her some vital advice as to how to deal with a parasitic disease that infests the body.

The most important thing is to exterminate all the parasites that infest the body; if the body is to be healed and free of disease there can be none left behind to multiply and grow. You mustn't be squeamish, they must be eradicated totally, whatever the cost may be.

Only when the body is completely free of parasitic vermin can it hope to live long and free and prosper in a healthy and positive environment.

TREASON! TREASON! TREASON!

What the Canadian government is doing by handing Citizen Martyr Marc Emery over to a primitive, barbaric, fascist state like America can only be described with one word: TREASON!

This puts all our lives at risk. This puts We The People in a state of virtual civil war with our own government. The only way we can defend ourselves from the fate of Citizen Martyr Emery is by banding together in such a large group that we cannot be picked off one by one. We've seen this be effective with Critical Mass, now we have to apply it to our lives in general.

We must boycott all involvement with the State, we must not do jury duty, we must not get involved in any way with police authorities, we must not participate in any way with the governing elites until we can deal with them as a whole and establish our own government. In the former Soviet Union ordinary Russians fought against their oppressive regime by becoming Refuseniks; this act of refusing to co-operate eventually wore down the Soviet regime and destroyed it. We must do the same here in Canada.

Make no mistake about it, this act of extradition to the U.S. is an execution. There is talk on the internet that the Americans plan to murder Citizen Martyr Emery in his jail cell once they get control of him. He will not live to return to Canada as our politicians have paid the U.S. government to see to it he does not return.

What about his alleged crime? He sold seeds of plants the Lord God created, mostly over the internet. How dare any mortal beings put themselves above God! He also had strong social and political views which rankled many elites, both here and in America, which of course was his real crime. That and being middle class, the class the elites wish to exterminate.

The important thing is we must do something to show our displeasure. And we must be vocal about the reason why. Whether it's shouting matches in the streets, anti-American letters to politicians or becoming a refusenik, we must make clear our anger. And most important of all, we can pray. We can pray for the safety of Citizen Martyr Emery; we can also pray for the destruction of those responsible for committing this criminal act against We The People. oliver30011649@gmail.com

And He said, "No one, after lighting a lamp, puts it away in a cellar or under a basket, but on the lampstand, so that those who enter may see the light.

The eye is the lamp of your body; when your eye is clear, your whole body also is full of light; but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness. Then watch out that the light in you is not darkness.

If therefore your whole body is full of light, with no dark part in it, it will be wholly lit, as when the lamp lights you with its rays."

There can be no compromises with the light of Truth, there can be no exceptions with the light of the Word, the light must fully shine on the darkness to drive away the darkness. Those who have darkness inside them must be lit with the light so that all can see clearly.

For too long here at this blogsite we have not fully shone the light of truth on the darkness around us. We have made exceptions, we have made compromises, but that must end. When decent human beings who harm no one have to hug their loved ones and give up their freedom to the darkness known as the United States of America; when they have to willingly accept imprisonment by these monsters of darkness just because they say so, then the darkness is winning. We must stop that with the Truth and the Word.

So we accept our errors and will now illuminate every corner of darkness with our lamp and make no exceptions, care not for sacred cows, and we pledge that truly truly the light of our lamp will ensure that all will see with clear eyes what exists around them.

WILL YOU COMPLAIN OUT LOUD ONCE THERE'S A BYLAW AGAINST IT?

Sigh. Really, all the hand-wringing about murderers and various pond scum being let out of jail early we're hearing in the mainstream media just sounds tiresome after awhile.

We've explained this phenomenon time and again on this news blogsite. There's only so much jail space to go around and that space is needed for protesters and the poor. If that means releasing sociopaths back into our community, so be it. We have a government, in both Victoria and Ottawa, with priorities. Betty K. has served more jail time for her non-violent protests against harming Mother Earth than the average length of time a convicted killer spends behind bars.

We just don't see the point to whining about it. We have to live with it, if we're not willing to do something about it. Our governments need jail space for criminal free speechers and repeat homeless recidivists (how dare these poor be homeless? Who do they think they are?). If that means setting homicidal maniacs free, well if you dare complain about it in the no free speech zones during the Olympics, you will be arrested. We felt at that time that if the members of this church were committing illegal acts as we know and recognize them, they should be charged with that, not have some make-believe charges thrown at them in order to drain their financial coffers dry.

Well today the judge in the case agreed. The judge called the prosecution of this case "unlawful" and threw it out.

Please understand something gentle readers; we're not coming out in support of this somewhat unsavory fringe group, we firmly believe that there's something rotten in this paradise but we live in a society that functions under a system of laws. To have a group, the BC Liberals, put themselves above the law and use the law to dole out financial punishment without any regard for right and wrong is just as the judge says, unlawful.

WILL THERE BE A BYLAW?

Olympic officials are ordering us here in Vancouver to "paint the town red" to show support for the upcoming games. Apparently we're required to wear red and hang red everywhere to please our Olympic masters.

Hmmm, why does that colour sound familiar? For some reason this makes us think of the previous games in 2008.....where were they held anyway? Can't seem to remember right now but it seems strangely familiar. Is it to show support for the games or to show support for something much more?

Anyhoo, we have an alternative suggestion. To show remorse for the loss of our rights and freedoms, our way of life and system of values, we suggest wearing black for the games.

The top officer of the RCMP's integrated Homicide Investigation Team has told the Braidwood enquiry that police in the province would be better served with independent civilian oversight like in real democracies.

Supt. Wayne Rideout says that, "Police are losing the battle against public perception when it comes to investigating their own members."

TIME TO SIT UP AND TAKE NOTICE

There's a news publication on the streets of Vancouver called the Asian Pacific/South Asian Post. (they're different variations of the same publication) It's secretly owned and operated by the fascist Communist government of China as their unofficial mouthpiece on the Lower Mainland. If you're wondering how to tell if a publication is Chinese Communist, they invariably take an extreme pro law and order/militaristic position within their publications. This is very important to the Commies as it keeps them in power and they promote these concepts wherever they can. After all, they may need to control us one day and having that propaganda machine in place beforehand is imperative.

This publication is now also the mouthpiece for Vancouver's Chinese Communist owned and operated Mayor, Gregor Robertson. It's not a coincidence that he writes a column every two weeks in this specific publication and no other. The Communist government owns the debt that the City of Vancouver has accrued and so controls the council. They also fund Vision Vancouver on the sly and so ensure they have a controlling interest in our city.

We mention all this not just to inform You The People about the dangers that surround us, but to make note of the fact that in Comrade Robertson's most recent column he puts forward his argument for why We The People should have our rights curtailed during the Olympics (and beyond?) and the argument may as well have come from the head of the People's Revolutionary Army. It sounds the same.

When Vision went on a fact-finding mission to China during their Olympic games they were given their instructions as to how to proceed with the dismantling of our rights and freedoms; they came back with a formula to eradicate our way of life and system of values. Comrade Robertson now puts forward his arguments for doing so in the South Asian Post, sugarcoating it with the honey of a possible return to freedom down the road but gosh doesn't that song and dance sound familiar?

We've had e-mails over the past couple of months claiming that there is no hidden agenda on the part of the government of BC regarding the homeless and the destitute, that it's just crazy that we would think there was some plan to herd them into prisons to clear them away during the Olympics and this would form the basis for a full-time eradication of the least fortunate in our society.

It's now been revealed even in the mainstream newsmedia that Reichsminister Rich Coleman and the BC Liberals have, in fact, been planning to imprison the homeless during the Olympics and into the future just as we've been predicting all along.

Classified e-mails have come to light revealing discussions that the BC government have been having with law experts to figure out how to circumvent the Charter of Rights, aka circumventing the law the way criminals do, in order to perpetrate this monstrous hate crime against those whose misfortune in life should earn them extra compassion, not a prison cell. Now homeless people who need medical attention and food have to go in hiding and can't get either.

We have said in the past, we say now, we will continue to say over and over that we are on a slippery slope of evil intentions, that the Charter right to not be imprisoned against our will is under threat for all of us, not just the least fortunate, that if we continue to allow this garbage to go on there will be a Reich of Evil such as even Hitler could not have imagined.

An evil-doer named Peggy Ballam, City Manager for the City of Vancouver has demanded no less than the complete silencing of the Word in public places during the games.

WELL OCCASIONALLY. WE DON'T WANNA GET ALL MUSHY

The Vancouver 2010 Olympic organizing committee has revealed that they're going to form 20 gangs of armed thugs to go about the venue areas violently seizing any flyers and pamphlets any free-born citizen might be caught handing out during the Olympic Games.

Among those flyers on the proscribed list are flyers that say, 'Support Freedom and Democracy', 'Stop Hate Crimes Against Jews', 'Feed Hungry Children', 'Pray for World Peace', etc. Anyone caught promoting these ideas at Olympic venues will have their material confiscated and they will be beaten by these gangs. The idea for these gangs is of course taken from Commie China and their Olympic games.

Thankfully, David Eby of the BC Civil Liberties Association is forming observer groups to follow these Olympic thugs as they go about their sinister rounds and record their behaviour to show the world just what the neo-Nazi head of Olympic security, Bud Mercer, is doing. Mr. Eby will be holding training workshops September 20, October 11, November 22 and December 6 at the Britannia Community Centre on Commercial Drive.

We're going to be discussing this in greater detail, brainstorming ideas for how to make this as humiliating as possible for VANOC security as we get closer to the Olympics, but for now we would like to add another thumbs up to an unlikely source on this issue. To our surprise The Province newspaper (notice we didn't stick the 'no' in front!) ran a story today that allowed David Eby and his organization, vital to the protection of our rights and freedoms, to have their say on this subject and even ran the dates and location for the workshops.

Fairness is all we ever ask for from this and other Canwest Global outlets; if they played fair more often we wouldn't have to raise issues about them here. We wouldn't have to constantly push for their demise. Do you not think we don't have other issues we'd rather spend our time pursuing than Canwest Global? THERE'S NOTHING MUCH WE CAN ADD

We haven't paid much attention to the Westender, primarily because it has very little news content, but it does have one interesting feature: the rants/raves section.

This weeks selection was particularly interesting and shows just how debased and immoral our society has become after 10 years under the BC Liberals. Three entries caught our eye:

1/ A writer wasn't happy with a bus drivers driving and has proposed a mass movement dedicated to spilling hot scalding coffee on bus drivers. This is apparently okay to law enforcement no doubt due to the fact no jaywalking is involved. This person has coined their movement the 'Burn the Bully Bus Drivers Day'. Sick, sick, sick.

2/ A writer alerts us to an incident he observed whereby an individual in a brand new car spotted a homeless person asleep with a bag of empty bottles near him and this individual got out of his vehicle and stole them from someone who's as close to complete poverty as humanly possible and still living. What can anyone say that encompasses the sheer evil of this deed?

3/ A writer alerts us to an incident whereby a bus driver, during the heat event of early August, ignored an elderly person at a stop desperately waving their cane to get on board because the driver was in a hurry and couldn't care less if she lived or died in the heat. Appalling.

All three examples show how we as a society of human beings have completely lost our moral compass. We no longer care about anyone or anything but ourselves, we've been taught by cowardly vermin such as Liberal MLA Kevin Falcon, who when told an elderly person was trying to commit suicide on a local bridge, suggested she jump, that human life has no value unless you're important and powerful and everyone else be damned.

Which leads us to an important message to the three evil scumbags in the examples above and the evil scumbag Kevin Falcon and his ilk: Everyone else are not the ones going to be damned. You are. oliver30011649@gmail.com

BC LIBERALS HAVE MORE WHITE ELEPHANTS THAN THE RINGLING BROS!

Well we spoke of white elephants last week and now we see another of the BC Liberal boondoggles, the Vancouver Convention Centre, has hit the news, but not in the mainstream newsmedia who protect the BC Liberals, for it's failure to draw actual conventioneers to the centre.

The money brought in for the convention centre was 25% lower than their own lowball prediction for 2008-2009. It costs more to run the convention centre and pay down the debt accrued to build it than the money it brings in, which of course is what defines it as a 'white elephant'.

It will make some money during the Olympics because everything will, even Translink (probably), but after that we predict this waste of space uglying up our harbour will suck the taxpayer dry, especially once the HST comes into effect. Once conventioneers find out they've got to cough up 12% on everything they do here, you can bring your kiddies to the convention centre and show them what an airplane hangar looks like when all the planes are gone. SUNDAY SERMON

And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him imploring Him and saying, "Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented."

Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him."

But the centurion (a Roman soldier, roughly equivalent to a modern sergeant) said, "Lord I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word and my servant will be healed. For I also am a man of authority, with soldiers under me, and when I give orders they're obeyed."

Now when Jesus heard this He marveled, and said to those around him, "Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel. I say to you that many will come from East and West, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven; but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness, where there will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth."

And Jesus said to the centurion, "Go! It shall be done for you as you have believed." And the servant was healed that very moment.

This is the moment in the Lord's ministry when He first referred to the fact that whereas His own people had turned their backs on Him and were trying to kill Him, it was the 'pagans' now coming to Him from east and west to hear His message, to believe and to show their worthiness for the Kingdom.

This one humble Roman soldier, who believed the Lord did not even need to attend to perform a miracle, first opened the door to the Kingdom for all of us, and He declared the door slammed shut on His own people, who heeded not His divine message. From this point He was doomed. And we were saved.

YOU CAN ACTUALLY PUMP THEM UP AND DOWN AND WAGGLE THEM ABOUT!

One of our readers, Carl, points out something funny but really sad to us that we hadn't noticed. If you go to The Province website where they post the electronic version of their nonewspaper, there's an editorial from a couple of weeks ago on the site. This editorial berates We The People for not getting excited enough about the Olympic Games we couldn't care less about (well yes we do care actually; we care to get our tax money back for this white elephant boondoggle).

Apparently we're really bad people here in Vancouver because we aren't fully supporting the games, which is in itself a laugh riot, but here's the kicker.....above the editorial is a banner proclaiming themselves to be proud sponsors of, yes you guessed it, the 2010 games. So this editorial is actually an advertorial. It's an infomercial.

It's basically the same thing as scolding We The People because we don't drink enough Coke solely based on the fact that Canwest Global and CocaCola have some kind of symbiotic relationship. This, in Citizen Oliver's day, would be known as unethical and immoral. Journalists would have resigned rather than be party to it, other newsmedia outlets would have loudly criticized such behaviour.

But sadly we don't live in an age of ethics. Ethics are a thing of the past. And so the profession of journalism sinks ever lower into a miasma of shame and degradation, mistrusted by the people and scorned by the governing elites.

How did this come about you may ask? Is it just the Assper family who have soiled the once proud heritage of journalism in this country or is it something more? Yes it's something more and it has to do with former British Prime MinisterMargaret Thatcher smashing the newsmedia unions in the U.K. The newsmedia in Britain were already pretty much the foulest bunch of cheap tabloid pseudo-journalists anywhere in the world and when newspaper owners started folding papers to break the unions, these 'journalists' were suddenly out of jobs.

Where did they go? Unfortunately for all of us they staggered drunkenly into Canada and immediately started infesting proud and ethical newsmedia outlets with their unique brand of foulness. And this started the downward slide as, whereas in the past, unethical owners of newsmedia couldn't assert themselves within the newsrooms of their papers/t.v. stations due to the ethics of the newsroom leadership, now they had people in place that had no such qualms about soiling the journalistic integrity of their product.

And so here we are today. A proud sponsor of crap using the editorial page of their product to abuse you and your family for not being more excited about the crap they sponsor. MORE ON THE CITY OF VANCOUVER'S BIGOTRY

Well we had a little chat with Xtra West, the gay and lesbian newspaper in town regarding the subject of advertising from the City of Vancouver and they told us something very interesting.

Burrard bridge, as everyone knows from the whining of spoiled motorists, now has a bicycle only lane. Xtra West is a news outlet that primarily covers the West End and west side of Vancouver. So you would think this was an obvious place for the City to advertise the lane closure and the details surrounding it. But no.

Instead they advertised in the Sun and Province, who's readers are primarily where? Surrey? Langley? Fort St. John? And of course the cost to the taxpayer was gajillions more than it would have been if Xtra West had received the advertising.

The only conclusion one can come to is this decision was motivated by bigotry. This is now okay. It's been established by the war on the poor that government and newsmedia elites have been waging and that war can now be extended to other minority groups. We fully expect to see the day when Vancouver is all white, all straight and all wealthy. Everyone else had better find somewhere else to be. Unless, of course, we stop it. oliver30011649@gmail.com

ISN'T UNCLE MILTIE HOTTER LOOKING?

Well at first we were puzzled. We've just found out the local slapsuit industry is all excited about something. We heard them singing, "She's coming here, she's coming here; huzzah huzzah she's coming here!" We didn't know what this was about.

Then a second mystery arose. We saw Milton Berle in drag on our t.v. screen. "What the heck?" we said out loud to each other and looked at each other in puzzlement.

Then we picked up a copy of a freebie newspaper and bought the clue. It wasn't Uncle Miltie at all that we saw. It's Green Party leader Elizabeth May and she's coming to BC to make yet another pathetic attempt to get elected federally. This time she's running somewhere on Vancouver Island. And no doubt she's prepped and ready to slapsue anyone who won't listen to her or give her a spot on the podium.

Now you're probably wondering, what does the Queen of May actually stand for? What will the Green Party offer to the riding that would make them want to vote for her? Good question, we've never figured that out in all the years of watching the Green Party perform its little song and dance. With the one exception. This party firmly believes in slapsuits. Lots of them. Against anyone who dares critique the Queen of May and her brave green knights.

I GO OUT AND LEAVE YOU ALONE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS....

Where have all the salmon gone? This is the refrain around the Lower Mainland these days as we have yet another environmental crisis on our hands. What's with the methane vents in the Arctic? Yet another crisis. Who puked on the carpet? Once again a crisis. Who kicked a hole in a wall? Yep, another crisis.

You see gentle readers, there is a comparison to be made between the vandalism we cause to this planet and the vandalism young people cause when they throw a party in their parents home while the parents are away. We think we're gonna somehow clean it up, "Oh don't worry the parents aren't due home for a couple of hours yet, we'll fix it somehow." But as parents we know that never happens. We come home and the house is a mess. Our sheepish children try to blame the other kids and pretend they didn't cause the mess to happen but we know they did.

And as always in these situations there are a few sensible 'nerd' kids suggesting we'd better stop doing this because we're all gonna get in trouble but the irresponsible kids drown them out, laugh at them and carry on partying. Why worry, life's just a big party when you're a kid, right?

So also with the wild party we're throwing on the Creator's home. He leaves us in charge of things while He's away and look at the mess we've made of our responsibilities. And, like all teenagers, we point the finger at someone or something else and suggest there's where the blame should lie. But will our Parent buy into this excuse any better than our parents ever bought it?

How prepared are you? You can be driving your Porsche down the road and a wheel falls off and your earthly existence ends in an instant. Were your possessions worth it? Are you prepared to go before God and say you were of value to God and His children or were you too busy storing up treasure for a life that ceases in a heartbeat? When is enough, enough?

Many profess to believe there is no God. But is that truly their belief or is it wishful thinking? A robber convinces himself he can not be caught and brought to justice; so too those who sin against God convince themselves there won't be a judgement. But is this genuine belief or self-delusion?

There is no earthly treasure, no matter how high it's piled, that can compare to the treasure of God. Cast off the greed for the treasure of this life and hungrily seek out the treasure of the next.

WITHOUT REVENUE MINORITY NEWS OUTLETS WILL FAIL

Is Vision Vancouver, the party that runs Vancouver City Hall racist? Is this an organization that pursues a 'whites only' policy?

It's come up in the news lately that Vancouver City Hall has been pulling the city's advertising from Chinese and Indian newspapers and spending most of their ad revenue with Canwest Global a white owned news outlet. Canwest Global, let's not forget, refuses to report on the plight of the Palestinian people just because they have a slightly brown skin. This is hardly a respectable news organization for the City of Vancouver to be placing taxpayer funded advertising in, especially as Vancouver is so culturally diverse.

Ming Pao, Sing Tao and the Indo-Canadian Voice have all seen advertising from the City of Vancouver plummet this year. Meanwhile all the white owned papers, such as the Sun/Province or the Courier, etc. have seen steep rises in advertising revenue from the City.

We would point out to our Indian and Chinese readers that we've warned of this eventuality. Once one group, the poor and the indigent, are singled out for hateful treatment, eventually every minority group is targeted. So it's now okay to treat the specialized newsmedia of minority groups as second-class. We haven't seen the figures yet for Xtra! West, the gay newspaper, but we're willing to bet they've been cut off from City advertising as well. We'll check and get back to you. oliver30011649@gmail.com

BOYCOTT TD CANADATRUST!

It's boycott time again gentle readers! And this time it's not about the Olympics, it's about bad behaviour and disrespect for the elderly.

TD Canada Trust has been running an ad campaign for some time now in which two male senior citizens are made to look old and foolish in a very condescending and completely inaccurate manner. There are now three of these ads on T.V. and they all treat the elderly as stupid and pig-headed.

Our seniors fought world wars for our sake, they defended freedom and democracy for our sake, they worked with their sweat and toil to build up in B.C. what the younger generations are throwing away with no regard for common sense. If there's anyone stupid and pig-headed it's the generations the torch of leadership has been passed to.

So if you're a senior or even if you're not but just don't like rude and condescending attitudes from a bank that apparently isn't aware it has seniors investing in it, we suggest removing your accounts from TD Canada Trust and finding a bank that treats the elderly with dignity and respect. RICHARD WARMAN IS A LOSER!

There is a creep by the name of Richard Warman who goes around attacking free speech wherever he can find it, usually at the behest of one tiny but obnoxious and excessively influential religious group. He uses Section 13 of the Human Rights Act to bludgeon and intimidate website and blogsite owners who dare to cross his paymasters. These paymasters don't believe that there are two sides to issues that matter to them and use the Human Rights Act to keep a lid on free speech and the freedom to criticise.

But that's all over. Herr Warman dragged one too many citizens to the Canadian Human Rights Commission. One Marc Lemire, a supporter of free speech, challenged the constitutionality of Section 13. And won. The Canadian Human Rights Tribunal has shot down Section 13 as unconstitutional and an attack on a citizen's right to free speech. (yeah we know it's more complicated than that but that's what Google is for)

Now we here at this site know and understand the background of most of those Warman has attacked. They're our natural opponents. But they're our opponents to be debated and harangued openly as citizens in a free and democratic society. We don't support the beliefs of Mr. Lemire but as God is our witness we will defend his right to express those beliefs.

WE NEED LEADERSHIP WITH BRAINS!

So BC now has the lowest minimum wage of any province in the country. This despite the fact that the Lower Mainland has the highest cost of living anywhere in the country. The average home rental in the city is $1150 per month. Take home pay at $8 per hour gives one roughly $1000 per month. Can anyone see the problem here or are we all stupid?

It's certainly stupidity out of control. In order to be productive within a society one has to have available shelter and a job that pays enough to afford that shelter. This is just basic common sense, it doesn't require a rocket science degree. One just has to look at the problems in Whistler. Because of a lack of affordable housing, employers have to beg young workers to come there, despite the jobs being some of the most appealing to young people of any work available anywhere.

As it stands now, at minimum wage a worker is going to end up in a downtown eastside flophouse. He/she is going to end up on a soupline. So why work? If this is where you're going to end up why in the world would anyone put in 8 hours of labour everyday? Why do the supporters of this freeze on the minimum wage feel that this atmosphere is conducive to productivity? It's blindingly obviously not, it's a drag on it.

We have no leadership in this province. Just greedy pirates representing a tiny fraction of the population and daring us to do anything physical about it. But if there are not changes to the political system soon, whole generations will be lost and we'll be living in a province that looks like Haiti. Abject poverty, no middle class and a tiny 5 percent at the top that have to live in bunkers to avoid justice.

We had an intelligent, thought provoking question about our article on Friday on the subject of what to charge tourists for helping them out on the streets of Vancouver in order to make a few extra bucks and afford the HST, "Hey Citizen Oliver, directions are one thing but what about the more complex requests such as taking a picture? That's a much more professional job function so shouldn't it be worthy of higher remuneration as per our business community payscales?

You are absolutely right. Having a tourist hand you a complex, intricate piece of equipment like a Kodak Disposable camera puts you at a professional grade salary, not just entry level like giving directions so you should charge the tourist 10 dollars for this higher level of professional functionality.

Keep in mind though: this will put you in a higher tax bracket and many workers see little to be gained by the added stress of pursuing a higher level career if the taxman's just gonna raise their taxes for the extra work put in. ALWAYS WEAR A BLOGDOM!

The Vancouver Scum had a weekend editorial about how bloggers should fear being tracked down and charged with libel for reporting the truth on their blogsites. Apparently freedom of the press doesn't extend to blogging in the eyes of this elitist government-controlled newspaper who's employees are all former prostitutes.

We feel like saying 'Nuts' again as we recognize what this is but instead we'll just point out that you bloggers out there do need to be aware to blog safe. The Free French resistance didn't defeat Hitler by taking chances and you shouldn't either. Use a free e-mail service where you can call yourself anything you want and make sure you set your new blog up at a coffeehouse or other free internet provider. As for your IP address, this same method works. Do all your posting at coffee places and other free providers, changing locations every so often and you're free to practise free speech to your hearts content.

JUST A FAMILY AFFAIR

The Vancouver Police Department are making headlines once again for disobedience to the law. This time a VPD officer has been caught drunk driving by the Port Mann area RCMP. And not surprisingly he's not been charged. And not surprisingly he's not been relieved of his job.

DA DA CANADA! NYET NYET SOVIET!

Sam G, a regular reader of our blogsite, asks an interesting question, "Hi again Citizen Oliver I've got a question and you're the one source I would trust with the answer. I've been receiving a disability pension the last few years, due to the fact my leg was injured on a construction site (which I paid into for this very purpose) and I don't know how to do anything else. So I have a lot of free time and even though I don't walk very well I'm out and around the city and I've noticed increasing numbers of tourists asking me for directions and other kinds of help.

Now I was raised in a free enterprise country, Canada, not some kind of commie pinko country where everyone gets a free ride, here we're proud of our good business sense so I was wondering how much I should ask for as a stipend when I give directions to or otherwise help a tourist?

Anyhow keep up the good fight and don't let officer whatsit get under your skin (I looked the name up on the internet; I'm gonna have to watch south park eh?)

Well Sam it's good to here from you again. We've discussed your question here amongst ourselves and had a vote. We decided 5 bucks sounds reasonable for your selfless effort to help tourists and the tourism industry. And that goes for everyone out there who ends up in a situation whereby a tourist needs your help. WHEN THE TIGERS WERE BURNING BRIGHT AND FREEDOM WAS ROLLING IN

Well we've had another e-mail from Officer Barbrady of the VPD. This time it reads in part, "Why don't you just give it up? Keep your ranting and raving for the loony church you bunch must hang out in. Bad stuff happens, so what? What business is it of yours?"

Well Officer Barbrady (he's also not happy with our nickname but we are concealing his identity for him; he should be thanking us) to use a line from one of the great, if not the greatest, literary geniuses ever, HUMANITY IS OUR BUSINESS!

We see children being harmed and we will scream about it, we see the elderly being harmed and we will scream about it, we see the poor being harmed and we will scream about it, we see the crippled and the lame and all those who can't protect themselves from the monsters that prey on them and as God is our witness WE WILL SCREAM ABOUT IT!

We will condemn every foul dirty lowlife coward that harms innocent human beings and we will condemn them without flinching, without concern for their pathetic feelings, without giving a hoot about any concern some jumped-up, overpaid, fat-assed civil servant has to say about it and we will keep doing so until everyone understands that there will be a return to human decency and respect for the weak and the lame and the less fortunate, a respect this trashheap of a provincial government has torn from the fabric of our society.

As for your suggestion to give up, a commander in the Ardennes, when asked to surrender by the same kind of trash as you and your ilk, had the best answer we can think of so we use it now: NUTS!

BC LIBERAL PERVERTS STRIKE NEW LOW!

Sigh, the pervs are at it again. The BC Liberal party and its war on children has hit a new low.

There's an organization called Safe Online Outreach Society that goes from school to school teaching children how to surf the internet safely and their free service is much sought after by both schools and parents. The folks involved teach kids and parents to keep away from dangerous sites that might harbour perverts or gambling, just to use two examples.

But their small amount of funding that they get from BC Lottery revenue is being cut by the BC Liberal government. This is at a time, keep in mind, when gambling revenues are soaring and on-line betting limits have been raised very high. The loss of funding means they're going to have to close up shop unless a solution is found. There's really no excuse for it. And if it should turn out that BC Lotteries wanted their funding cut because they were protecting kids from learning about gambling (or what they cutely call 'gaming') we will be exposing that fact loudly. We will have our ear to the ground on this subject and do have contacts deep within that corporation.

This is an especially interesting attack as you have to wonder what the motivation is for ensuring kids don't get taught how to surf the internet safely. Just how sinister is this becoming? oliver30011649@gmail.com

There's really nothing we can say that we haven't already said about ANAVETS and their viciously cruel and inhuman treatment of Marilyn Holsten. And the Residential Tenancy Branch also had a hand in this cruelty.

Marilyn has now died of a heart attack from the brutality she suffered at the hands of these two groups. It means they are murderers. Maybe not in the eyes of the law but truly, truly in the eyes of the Lord.

To brutalize a double amputee in pain because you don't like the medication she takes and drive her to the grave is one of the most abominable crimes against man and against the Son of Man. We've asked diehard athiests if for just this one moment in time they would support the idea of the existence of hell. They've agreed if there was a reason to want to believe in a powerful and evil-hating God this is the moment. WHY DON'T WE SEE JUST HOW HARD WE CAN TIGHTEN

We have to laugh at the headline in almost all the local newspapers today. It read, "The cupboard is bare." This is in reference to the fact that the strong economic position this province was in ten years ago is now gone.

Of course the cupboard is bare. Thieves have looted it! The criminal BC Liberal Party has stolen everything we have. It's absolutely amazing to us that You The People are not rioting in the streets. Everything we've built from WAC Bennett on down has been raped or stolen by this gang of parasites and now they have the audacity to tell us we'd better tighten our belts.

WHOA OFFICER, STEADY! WE'RE NOT RELATED!

The worst street gang in the city is at it again, using illegal strong-arm tactics to bully citizens trying to uphold the law of this province. Yes that's right the Vancouver Police Dep't, sometimes known by their new designation, the Incestuators.

A local concierge of a Vancouver apartment tower was accosted by four VPD officers and beaten up when he wouldn't turn over his keys to the suites without a lawful warrant. The police stripped him of his keys, entered and took from people's homes whatever they wanted and left. The poor concierge was shocked.

Even worse, when he called 911 for help the officers cancelled the call making 911 functionally useless. This system is no longer usable for emergencies if the calls are just going to be cancelled by the VPD.

It could have been worse though for the concierge. Luckily for him he wasn't related to any of them. Ouch! oliver30011649@gmail.com

SURREY CITY HALL HATE CRIMES AGAINST JEWS

Right-wing anarchists have struck again with a hate crime, this time in Surrey and this time they're government officials. To keep Jews from loitering in the area, Surrey city crews intentionally spread chicken manure on the grass, along sidewalks and in the doorway and area of a busy resource centre for Jews* in North Surrey.

To quote resource counsellor Tim Tabor, "You've got all this staff here trying to save lives. They can't even sit out here and talk to the clients when all that smell is around. It's just inhuman."

As witnesses saw City of Surrey employees commit this hate crime against Jews the acting Mayor doesn't deny it was city employees performing this horrible nazi-like deed. So they'll probably have to investigate seeing as they have no choice.

A reader, John C., has e-mailed an interesting comment to us as follows, "Hey alternative news media love your site, I have a comment about the article on the downtown eastside daycare funding cut on Wednesday Aug. 19; is it possible the law industry wants these daycares shut down? The D.E. produces a lot of new criminals each year and if your theories are correct wouldn't they have an interest here?"

You're absolutely right John, this is a very good point. The downtown eastside is an employment mill for the law industry, all but guaranteeing them jobs for life. The last thing that nefarious industry would want to see is if all the kids and young people got a start in life that ensured they escaped a life of crime and drug abuse. That would be an absolute financial disaster for the industry. So their powerful lobby groups no doubt put pressure on an already totally asinine provincial government to make sure no kids escape their eventual fate.

RRRING! RRRING!

Mark Tonner, scribbler-in-uniform for The Province, has been waxing eloquent on the subject of his having just learnt to ride a bicycle. He's all aglow with the excitement of two-wheeled pedal power and the accessories that go with it. Not only does he have a shiny new bike but also a shiny new helmet and a shiny new riding outfit. And so he wrote a shiny new column describing his wonderful purchases and trying them out for the first time.

One thing though. He didn't mention purchasing a shiny new bell. Considering it was just a month ago the VPD were hiding in the bushes on major cycling routes ticketing anyone found without this vital piece of bicycle safety equipment, it would be most disturbing if young Mark had forgotten to purchase one for his shiny new bike.

As we look up at the sky and down at the ground we see weather phenomena at levels never seen before. As the sky howls and the earth trembles and the tsunami strikes we look to each other and wonder what is going on. Our scientists and experts scratch their heads in bewilderment and chalk it up to global warming, polar meltdown, anything rather than the one obvious foreordained reason for the planetary upheaval we're living with today.

Despite the warnings all around us, we continue to laugh at those who listen to the message of the Son of Man; we even consider those with faith to be nothing more than 'wacko's'. We would rather believe in the almighty amoeba, who apparently appeared out of nothing and magically caused all life to exist on this planet.

We see this as making way more sense than a belief in a powerful sentient lifeforce that gave us life, a soul and the understanding of right and wrong so we could show by our actions that we're worthy of whatever this being needs of us in the next plane of existence. An amoeba has no sense of right and wrong so who needs to care, right?

We as mortals can't profess to know all things but one would think that not knowing would cause one to err on the side of caution. But we don't. We stride confidently and arrogantly down the wrong path, heeding not the signs that clearly say turn back, and we have no thought for the yawning chasm we head towards.
